#4 Andre's Bistro & Bar
The original Andre's in Las Vegas was well-known for wonderful French food, and the tradition of great food lives on at the recently opened Andre's Bistro & Bar. The "Andre" in the title is Chef Andre Rochat, who just closed a restaurant at the Monte Carlo on the Strip and still operates Alize at the Palms, both acclaimed for his notable food. The menu at his bistro-styled tavern includes a variety of dishes, even a burger, but you'll also find seared foie gras, Frog Legs Provencal and escargots on the menu. Open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, Andre's is conveniently located in the southwest portion of the Las Vegas valley.
